Return & Exchange Policy

• For Customized Products:
  
  • Returns or refunds are not accepted for any reason.
  • If the product arrives damaged, we will replace it with a new one at no extra cost.
  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product, with photos showing the damage.
• For Non-Customized Products:
  
  • Products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving them, provided they are unused and in their original condition.
  • If the product is received damaged, it will be replaced at no extra cost.

بالنسبة للمنتجات المخصصة:

• لا نقبل الاسترجاع أو استرداد المبلغ لأي سبب.

• في حالة وصول المنتج تالفًا، نقوم باستبداله بمنتج جديد دون أي رسوم إضافية.

• يجب إبلاغنا خلال 48 ساعة من الاستلام مع صور توضّح التلف.

بالنسبة للمنتجات غير المخصصة:

• يمكن استرجاعها أو استبدالها خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ الاستلام بشرط أن تكون بحالتها الأصلية وغير مستخدمة.

• في حالة وجود تلف، يتم استبدالها دون رسوم إضافية.
